Horizon Square Dolly Switch Module

The superior quality of the Horizon faceplate style has been designed to suit both traditional and contemporary interiors. Produced with square corners, it features trimless switches for exceptional product reliability. To ensure design uniformity throughout a project, non-standard accessories can be made to suit requirements.

The Horizon Square Dolly Switch Module is a standard retractive dimming toggle switch that automatically returns to its resting position when released. Unlike a conventional dimmer switch, it does not contain a built-in dimming module. Instead, it functions as a momentary controller that sends commands to a compatible inline dimmer pack, lighting control system, or smart home controller.

When used for dimming applications, the switch provides simple and intuitive lighting control. Depending on the programming of the connected dimmer or smart home system, pressing and holding the toggle in one direction can increase light levels, while holding it in the opposite direction can decrease brightness. A quick tap of the switch is typically used to turn the lights on or off. This makes retractive toggle switches an ideal choice for modern lighting installations where elegant design is combined with advanced dimming and automation functionality.

These switches require a compatible external dimming or lighting control system and are not suitable for direct dimming of lighting circuits on their own.
