Wise Controls uses radio frequency (RF) signals rather than Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Keypads and remotes transmit to receivers without any wiring between them, making installation fast and rewire-free in existing properties.
Unlike many smart lighting systems, Wise requires no software, hub, or programming laptop. Pairing is done physically — press buttons on the receiver and transmitter in sequence. Any installer or competent homeowner can do it.
Wise Boxes are weatherproof switching receivers designed for outdoor use. They accept commands from wireless keypads and remotes and support Dusk-til-Dawn timer programming via the Wise Direct app — no Wi-Fi hub required.
Wise Scene Boxes and Packs store multiple lighting states — different combinations of circuits and levels. Assign scenes to keypad buttons for instant one-touch recall. Ideal for open-plan living and kitchen-diner spaces.

The RF system supports an unlimited number of circuits and zones — homes of any size can be controlled from a single multi-button keypad or remote. Each receiver is individually addressable and can be grouped into zones.
The Wise RS232 Interface allows two-way communication with Control4, Crestron, Lutron, and other AV systems. Lighting scenes can be triggered by AV events — ideal for home cinema, multi-room, and commercial installations.
