Impulse In-Line Dimmer

The ID0401 Impulse Dimmer is an in-line module that is controlled by a momentary switch or a centre retractive rocker switch to provide ON/OFF and dimming control. The Impulse unit does not require a neutral connection and is mounted remotely, normally in the ceiling void. It can be controlled by more than one switch allowing simple multi-position control of a lighting circuit.

The Impulse is very popular in installations where standard dimmers will not handle sufficient power or where the client prefers the use of discrete, vandal proof or bathroom pull cord switches rather than rotary controls.
